Cory Pruett

Cory is a natural capital investment manager with a career-long focus on forestry and conservation finance. He brings deep experience across land-based real assets, sustainable forest management and biodiversity-oriented investment strategies, with an emphasis on long-term value creation and responsible stewardship.

He is responsible for Qarlbo Biodiversity's Americas strategy and leads the origination, execution, and oversight of timberland and biodiversity investments across the United States and Uruguay. His work spans the full investment lifecycle, including asset sourcing, underwriting, operational oversight and performance monitoring, with a focus on aligning commercial forestry practices with measurable biodiversity and conservation outcomes.
